Famous cartoonist R K Laxman is no more

The Common Man will no longer comment on the trials and triumphs of the average middle class Indians. The ace cartoonist R K Laxman who daily echoed the sentiments and voice of the common man passed away at the age of 94.

R K Laxman known for his wit and sketches was a morning feature on the front page of Times of India. I remember first reading the cartoon before the news because the cartoon simplistically portrayed the current landscape of the country and the city.
