Terms and Conditions :
- Per head Entry Fee for the events for all age categories are AED 20 (for ISC Members) & AED 25 (for Non-Members).Participants can take part in their respective age category only.
- No additional entry fees required for Events 19, 20, 21 if the payment has been made for any other event category.However, per head Entry fee of AED 20 (for ISC Members) & AED 25 (for Non-Members) shall be applicable if the participation is only for the Relays or Open Category events.
- Couples event entry fee shall be AED 30 per couplefor (for ISC members) & AED 40 (for Non-Members).
- Copies of Passport front & Visa pages or Emirates ID showing date of birth shall be attached along with entry forms.
- Minimum 8 participants are required to conduct an event.
- The events may be conducted, cancelled, rescheduled at the sole discretion of ISC.
- Decision of ISC officials will be final and binding, without any objection from the participants.
- Competition is open to all Indian Nationals residing in U.A.E. Eligibility for participation for an event/category will be at the sole discretion of ISC.
- Registration shall be completed only after paymentof entry fees. Hence applications being send without payment suchas through email or fax etc. shall NOT be considered.
- All Participants are required to report before 8.30AM on 18/11/2016 at the event venue.
- Participant shall be held liable for any damages that may occur to person or property at the venue due to their misconduct or negligence.
- There shall be no refund of entry fees irrespective of any reason, unless the entire age /event category is cancelled by ISC.
- Complimentary Lunch will be provided to all participants.
- Entry closes at 9.00pm on 15-Nov-2016.
